PERFERRED SEAL COATINGS' Asphalt Pavement Sealer System is a preventive
maintenance solution which prevents water and other destructive elements
from penetrating the asphalt surface. With skyrocketing cost of resurfacing,
a preventive maintenance for all asphalt surface is a must for businesses
and companies to protect and maintain their investment.
The method of application is the key factor in any preventive maintence
system. PERFERRED SEAL COATINGS uses either of the following processes for
application of sealer:
1. FLOOD COATING/ BROOM APPLICATION. Sealer applied by this method
is equivalent to five or six spray coats. FLOOD COATING insures that
all cracks are penetrated and sealed. Edging and finish ng are accomplished
by use of special nylon brooms. Pavement sealed by this method should last
four to five years.
2. OVER-LAPPING SPRAY COATS. Application of sealer by this method
is less expensive per square foot because much less material is applied;
however, spray sealcoating will NOT hold up nearly as long as the FLOOD
COATING/ BROOM APPLICATION.
PERFERRED SEAL COATINGS uses coal tar emulsion sealer, direct from SealMaster,
approved by the F.A.A. and federal government. Our high spec, government
hot crack filler, applied at high temperature, binds together with asphalt
to form a perfect seal. With our 2000 gallon truck, PERFERRED SEAL COATINGS
is capable of seal-coating any size commercial or residential job. We are
